Just to say that we had a fabulous holiday. Everything went to plan. The Cruise ship was fantastic and we were treated royally. The stateroom wasn't as we had thought - smaller than the one I had last year and I asked for an upgrade but the ship was absolutely full and they couldn't oblige. In the event the guest relations officer sent a bottle of champagne and chocolates to our cabin by way of apology. Wilma had her cake with candle and the waiters sung Happy Birthday to her. All in all fantastic. The Sheraton was good and we had a lovely meal there. All in all Thank you..
We would like to thank you Kelcie its a great resort and we had a great holiday shame to return to this snow and frost. thanks for all you help with the arranging all almost went to plan we had a 3 hour delayed departure due to snow .thanks again have a great christmas and all the best for 2011

The hotel in Gran Canaria we stayed in couldn't have been better as far as accommodations, food and service go. Everything was fantastic including the service we received from our concierge - we have got back and are immediately looking to travel there again at Christmas!
The holiday was wonderful - I didn't think you would get me somewhere as nice as this as there wasn't much available at the time but I was very impressed and the lodge was great!! I have already booked another holiday for me, my son, daughter in law and grandkids and am looking forward to a similar standard!
We had a great weekend! We thought the facilities were great and very friendly staff - room was large and plenty of space - Paul complained the freeview was slow but I did remind him it was Norfolk!! Lovely food in resort - great price - found some lovely pubs for food - the Cromer crab was top notch and no kids is obviously a winner for a good relaxed weekend to recharge! We are sending you though a little thank you for you and the team for sorting this out for us - do let us know if you have similar again!!!
